Hello,

I need to automatically change the statecode/statuscode of an opportunity when the user populate a field with a predefined value.

I tried with a process, with If Condition and both “update record” or “change status”, but the states do not change (still remain “open”).

Can someone help me please?

as far as I know, it can be done by workflow. "when the user populate a field with a predefined value.", you can change the status ?

can you show us your workflow configuration ?

Hello,

Can you please share your Workflow configuration?

In the example below, my workflow changes the status of the opportunity to canceled when the topic contains the word "Close"
