CRM App for outlook not available in Office Store

Hello,

I'm using CRM 2016 SP 1 on premise and Microsoft Exchange on Premise. I would like to add the CRM App for outlook, but I cannot find it there??? Is there any geographical limitation? I'm from germany. I saw the app view days ago on our Exchange Server, it was named as "Dynamics CRM". I deleted it by mistake because. Now I want to install it back using OWA -> Manage Apps -> Add New .. I get redirected to the Office Store. There I search for it and I cannot find it. I read in a forum something like asking Microsoft to re-enable the preview of the CRM App for Outlook. I do not understand the whole thing. Could one help me maybe?
