Export to Excel option in COA with flowfilters is experiencing significant slowness

While exporting Chart of Accounts in Excel using default 'Open in Excel' option, we are experiencing significant slowness.
I have created new fields for Balance, Balance at Date, and Net Change, with additional use of Shortcut Dim 3, Shortcut Dim 4, Shortcut Dim 5, and Shortcut Dim 6 as flow filters. If user tries to export the excel from Chart of Accounts page after using filter totals with any of these flowfilters then Open in Excel option works extremely slowly.
Exporting a total of 1400 records to Excel takes 15-20 minutes, which is excessively slow for data export from a page.
Kindly suggest any possible solution to this.

    These types of calculated fields may have a performance penalty. You could find some other solutions that don't impact you so negatively. Here's a possibility, I hope it gives you some ideas.

    Hi, 

    Some of the suggestions, 

    1. Rebuild the index for the ledger tables (GL Entries). If its On-Prem you can do the rebuidling. If its Saas Raise a ticket with microsoft to do the same. 

    2. Ensure there is no customization in OnAfterGetrecord, OnAfterGetCurrentRecord  & On Open page triggers. 

    3. try Disabling Change Log Features.

    I suggest to use the built-inn or custom APIs and simply import the data into Excel using Power Query.
    It will be a lot faster.
