How do I migrate all of my inventory and customers from MS POS 2009 to MS RMS? One system only works on Windows XP and the other is on a x64 machine.

There was supposed to have been an upgrade process from POS2009 to RMS, but it was fraught with errors and we never ended up using it, just import data to RMS.
