Changing question selection background colour using Runtime CSS

Hi all,

I've created a survey theme specifically for my organisation but for web accessibility purposes, the background of the page select option is not accessible (image here)

Note that the background of the singe response questions are a light grey background against black text. How would I go about changing this so that the box is a more lighter colour and how do I change the text colour so that it contrasts better with the background.

I know I'd need to use the Runtime CSS but unsure as to what the div class for these are and the tag in which to change them. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
