The audit summary view is not a standard CRM view, and it uses a separate message to get the data. Therefore, I don't think you will be able to display the audit summary data in the portal. There may also be a licensing consideration here; I'm not going to make a judgement one way or another, but it's possible that the CRM license agreement only permits licensed CRM users to access audit data.
Alternatively, you want to display in the portal an audit of changes to data, you could create a separate entity to store the custom audit data, and use a workflow or plugin to create custom audit records when the main record is changed. You could then display the custom audit data in the portal like any other data
