Hi,

I'm using Microsoft Dynamics GP 2010. When a user is having Administrative rights in local computer he can send PDF using MAPI account. When same user has not administrative access he is unable to send PDF and GP get hangs out, while under user level permission GP works with Mail Recipient (TXT) without any issue. Please help to resolve PDF issue under user level access.

Each computer is member of domain controller and i don't want to grant access of administrative level.

    Hello Asim,

To clarify the issue, please answer the following:

Is the issue occurring on a Terminal Server?

Does the issue occur on all client machines, or just one?

    What is the Operating System?

What version of Adobe are you using?

What version of Office are you using?

Can you send the email if Outlook is open?

    Regards,

    Kayla Schilling

    I'm having this problem.

    Kayla Schiling,

This is occurring locally and on the Terminal Server.

This issue occurs on all Win7 client machines but not WinXP ones.

This is occurring on Windows 7 64 bit machines.

    We've tried Adobe Reader X, Acrobat 8 and 6.

We're using Office 2007 professional and standard versions.

We cannot get 'Mail Recipients (PDF)' to work when Outlook is open or closed.

    It's greyed out.

Can you provide any steps we can take to resolve this?

Susan's suggested answer is not clear.  Can you elaborate on her response maybe?
