VOIDED CHECK REPORT With CALCULATED TOTAL

I have to run a report of a batch of Voided Checks and when I run this report with the check numbers showing it does not give me a total. I need to know how to run a Void Check report with the check numbers I have but include the total?

    Ok, let's go by parts. The voided checks report you are trying to run, what are the steps you follow in GP to get this report? Most likely, you will need to modify it in Report Writer to add up the amounts on the report, but that should be simple if I can know which report you are running and from where in the application.

    I am running under Purchasing/Reports/Check Information/Vendor Check Register/Voided Checks;  I then set the report to pull by Check Number and put the check range in but there doesn't seem to be a place to total them.

    I got my report downloaded to Excel and then i was able to sum it.

    Let me know if there is another way to do this.
