How do I tie an SRS report to the print button on a Great Plains window?

Seems like it should be easy and I can see other users have this feature but this is a new user. Thank you in advance for the help.

By default, there isn't any way to print SSRS reports from within Dynamics GP application/windows.

When you click the Print button after selecting a SSRS report from within GP, it opens the report in the browser window, which then has a print option/button in the browser window.

A similar question a few years back had a response of a add-on product which may or may not be something you can use:

community.dynamics.com/.../918068

Otherwise, maybe others in the Community have different configurations they're using.

The "Print" Button can print either the Customer Information or a Statement.

If you want to assign additional Reports to the window, you would click on Available Reports > Assign Reports

The Assign Reports window would also be used to run the report. If it was a SQL Report, it will open in the browser. Some reports will filter based on the record you selected. (See attached)

There is another tool out there -- Dynamics Report Manager from Rockton Software. This lets you tie any report to any screen. Gives you a lot more flexibility with SSRS reports.
