Hi community,
I'm researching the ways to retrieve and process large datasets from several tables. I was forwarded to this forum from regular Power Apps comunity but originally I was thinking if it was possible with using Dataverse using Power Automate and Power Apps. The tables are quite large, containing millions of records with complex relationships and the data is retrieved from Dynamics 365 and based on Dynamics 365 official accountant software(HI-KORT). The main purpose is retreiving data and conduct checking this data with dates of checking and PIC name and possible print or save as csv/Excel file.
I wonder if it is possible without usage of premium connectors and BI and if there is a need of special permissions and security roles for each user who is accessing the app.
The data is in D365 FO/HI-KORT and we want it to be accessible from Power Apps (or alternatives) so we can read and add some information to new (not existing in the original tables) columns who and when checked the records. There are several tables and not all of them related. Currently the checkings are via Excel and it is quite bulky that is why we would prefer more advanced way with filtering and such available on daily basis. So the tables would be accessed every day up to several times by several users.
Will be grateful for all your kind ideas and suggestions but thank you for your consideration as well. Wish you a pleasant day!
