I know this seems silly, but I can't get my W-2's to print correctly.
I followed the FAQ about printing to the screen and then selecting "print" but I do not get a dialog box to adjust the verticle alignment. It is just sent to the printer. My W-2's are printing about 2 or 3 lines too high.
I thought Deluxe guaranteed that the forms would work with Dynanics GP?

I got in touch with my Partner and the issue seems to be in the Dex.ini file.
Change the following line to FALSE (all caps)
NoPrintDialogs=TRUE
We had the dialogs set to true so it would not pop-up every time you went to print. Only really needed it for the W-2's.
After I printed the W-2 and W-3 I set it back to TRUE.

I was having same issue but was able to correct by logging in as system administrator. For some reason it put everything where it was suppose to go. However, I know someone who is a specialist in Dynamics GP and is having same issue, she is the one who advised me to log in as admin. Have not talked to her today to see if she has resolved her issue. She was thinking it was a software issue. I will let you know if I find anything else out today
