Lost Debit & Credit fields in GL Entries Grid

Was on the General Ledger Entries grid notably using the Debit and Credit columns.  Was making some changes, and then decided to Clear Personalizations, after which I noticed the Debit and Credit columns were no longer showing.

I can see them under Page Inspection, but they are not accessible to be added via Personalization.

Any thoughts on what I did, and how I can get those columns back?

I have the same question (0)

These columns are not standard columns for the General Ledger Entries page. You either had a customized profile, a customized page or an extension that provided those fields. It's going to take your IT Manager in BC to get these restored. You might try a simple log out and back in but I'm not sure that's going to help you.

    Kim provided the right guideline.

If someone added them through extension then still you should see them in personalization. If they are not there then you either need developer to add it or ask your IT team to use Design and then publish them. See below

Cindy, you should first check the "General Ledger Setup" card to be sure the "Show Amounts" field is set to either "All Amounts" or "Debit/Credit Only" depending on your preferences.  After this, you should consider adding these fields to your General Journal screen via the "Personalization" feature (accessible from the "gear").
