Hi all,
A very happy new year!!
I need to apply validation on project id and customer while uploading Project fee journal through data management.
The Data entity is ProjJournalTransEntity. I need to validate the project id on the project and the customer as while uploading through excel. Right now system do not validating and wrong information can also get saved while uploading.
Please help on this

Do you want to run the validation every time when using the entity? Or do you - for some strange reason - to limit the logic only to data management and to a particular file format?
One of the possible way is using CoC on validateWrite() method of ProjJournalTransEntity.
I have to run the validation everytime when i am uploading data through this data entity.
Basically i am creating journal lines through this want to validate the excel "Customer Column' and Project id column with the initial project id against which this journal is getting created.
Okay ValidateWrite() i'll try this.
