Purchasing a group of item from same vendor

Hi,

I have a scenario, where I am purchasing a group of 10 items. Now I have a total (for all 10 items not individual) quantity agreement of 10000 units for 6months. How can I set it up in system?

Categorize the 10 items.

Select Product Category Value Commitement on Purchase Agreement

Should be able to make agreement on categorized 10 items now by category on Purchase agreement.

As mentioned in my post purchase agreement will not work. It's for individual items, I need to set quantity for group of items.
