D365 default set up - QUOTE to CREATE ORDER

Hi we use D365 and BC. Some of our team are able to, from the quote function push quotes straight to an order via the create order button. When this is selected the following occurs.

1. the quote is marked as won, the opportunity can be closed and the question is asked if the actual order $ should be based on the quote values

2. the status of the order then is marked as submitted and;

3. the order moves into BC as a Dynamics 365 Sales Order List (located in BC) ready for creation into Business Central

However many of our team only have the function to move the QUOTE to CREATE INVOICE which does not push to ORDER nor does it allow for a Submission into Dynamics 365 Sales Order List which is in the BC system.

WHAT WE WOULD LIKE AS THE DEFAULT SETTING BUTTON IN QUOTES - FEATURED BELOW

Can someone assist with how we make this the workflow default for all of our team?

thanks in advance
