development license for BC OnPrem

Hi All,

Can you please tell me how can I get my own development license for BC (OnPrem) to do customizations for end-users I am working with?

I am a freelancer NAV/BC Consultant/Developer and I have few clients who run either NAV or BC (OnPrem and SaaS), and since I started my own sole trading company, I would need to have my own development license for NAV and BC (OnPrem) todo the customizations for the end-users. I am also MS Partner (from August, 2023) and I signed also CSP contract, and I bought the Action Pack.

I installed a server with the company domain, purchased Office365 account and synchronized local domain into my Azure tenant, so AAD is up and running.
I have been in contact with MS technical support, but they are just ping-pong the ticket and have not provide any solution, except that development license can be purchased from the CSP. I am the CSP, and I do not know how to purchase a license, and I do not want to purchase one, since it should be issued as I became a CSP.
