I've configured a Dynamics Customer Service Trial and installed the Omnichannel application, with the Teams Channel capability switched on.
I'm trying to create a new Microsoft Teams Account record, but it keeps on failing with the error below.
I've checked to make sure the User record has SysAdmin role, including all the Omnichannel roles.
I suspect the issue has got to do with the User needing some sort of access to Microsoft Teams.
The Teams instance I use, does have this user as a member of a few channels already.
Please assist.
