Send multiple email to same person with new journey in realtime

Good morning,
 
I am trying to implement the new real time journeys for our business. I can do 70% of what outbound can do, but  few scenarios like
 
1. we have a segment of contacts signed up with interest in different regions - (Region A, Region B, Region C, Region D), customers can have more than one region interest. 
 
eg- contact 1 - Region A
Contact 2 - Region C
Contact 3 - Region B and region D
 
I want to send 2 emails to contact 3 one with Region B and one with Region D.
 
I cant find a way to do that? Is it possible in New Customer Insights Journey??

    Hi,
     
    I have added a multiselect option field to the contact entity that contains the regions that the contact is interested in.
     
    The journey is designed as follows.
     
    First determine if this field contains both Region B and Region D, and then send two emails targeting Region B and Region D to the qualified contacts.
