Dynamics 365 Finance and operations on premises DMZ zones

HI All,

i have done several on premises deployments, but all were local, i have a new project that is needed to be on DMZ zone, so i need to know which servers exactly needs to have pubic IPs? and which needs to be in DMZ zones, as for the certificates i have used self signed certificates, and now i need to use SSL's from a certificate authority , so please if you can advise if i can only use wild card certificate for all applications or i need certificate for each application ?
