I'm looking for a solution to manage our (energy) trading counterparts. Therefore I'd like to know if microsoft dynamics could be this solution.
So the must have requirements are:
1) All the standard CRM stuff like having various contacts for different departments of a counterpart. Having a button in Outlook to save an e-mail directly to a partner - maybe also to a project in parallel.
2) Document and store various contracts and searching for them; It would be great to have a dashboard where I can see which contracts are made with a partner and which are valid. Further I would like to download them.
3) Managing KYC (know your customer) documents. We have to monitor our partners on a yearly. Therefore each year we have to request some documents from the partner and save them. I'd like to create queries to see which documents I already got from which partner and the otherway, which partner did not deliver which type of document.
Some nice to have requirements:
a) Interface to SAP to see in-coming and out-going invoices
b) A minor solution to document business processes; Like monthly monthly recurring to-dos and directly link the right documentation (currently made in one-note)
c) A kind of minor document management. Like saving process management documents in read-only format and make them accessible by a link. Also would be great to have audit-proof filing.
Can someone tell me if these requirements can be easily implemented and handled with dynamics 365? If not, do you know any alternatives?
