in Workflow Condition "purchase order lines.procurement category = " only some procurement categories are showing

Trying to create a workflow conditional decision using "where purchase order lines.procurement category = " but in the drop down only some categories are showing. All relevant categories are "active" and there is no category access policy rule.

Hi Simon,

Is BTL and ADMN both are same parent node?

Can you please check if buying legal entity setup is mapped on both hierarchy ?

Hi Simon,

What is the difference between ADMIN and BTL category?

And i see there are a lot of categories can be selected, did you check with search button?

All categories can be found in my system.

Hi Matt,

Firstly thanks again for all your help the last week or so. Beer on me if ever you're in Brisbane.

I have no idea what the difference is between the two categories. Some of the nodes and their members appear in the dropdown whereas others do not. Do you need to do anything else when you create a new category other that create it in Procurement Categories? They are definitely available in the POs when you create one
