Change email before sending invoice or order confirmation

Hi all,

in the test environment, I get the screen below when before sending a sales invoice or an order confirmation. In the live environment, I have changed something in the settings so that this screen no longer appears. I would like to get this screen back in the live environment. Does anyone know how to set this up?

    Hi

    Are you super user and if not then check the permission you have and see if in your permission sets include page no 13 that is email editor page which shows the above screen or do you have any customization in your tenant if yes then kindly uninstall and then verify it.

    You said 'you have changed something in the settings in the live environment so that this screen no longer appears' do you remember what changes you made to the settings? it would be very helpful if you provide additional information, and also check if any custom extensions were installed after the settings changes were made.
