In purchase requisition order based on the action button, I need to disable RemoveProjId button .please suggest me.

Purchase requisition table has workflow status field, you should write a condition that if you workflow is not draft, it should be button should be enabled false.
Workflow Status field is not there in Purchase requisition table.

Which table you are looking at?
PurchReqTable
you should use RequisitionStatus field in PurchReqTable.
What problem you are facing ? Do you have problem with coding ?
