It looks like the upgrade is failing because the Microsoft Subscription Billing extension can't find some of the tables and fields that were part of the previous version. This usually happens when Microsoft changes the internal structure of an extension (like renaming or removing tables/fields), but something in the schema sync isn't aligned yet.

Since you're on SaaS, you don't have control over schema changes like in On-Prem — so when tables like Contract Renewal Line or Planned Service Commitment can’t be found, Business Central throws this error and blocks the upgrade. It’s also strict about not removing tables or fields unless it’s part of a managed migration.

    What you should do:

You’ll need to raise a support ticket with Microsoft directly or reach out to your Microsoft Partner. This is clearly a Microsoft-published extension (Subscription Billing), so only they can adjust or resolve the issue on the backend.

This seems like a default error related to schema synchronization during the Business Central upgrade. It’s likely caused by missing tables or fields in the Microsoft Subscription Billing extension, possibly due to changes in BC 26.1.  Check Microsoft Subscription Billing extension in extension management.

It looks like a problem with Microsoft's first-party app. If you are in a hurry, you can submit a SR to Microsoft for resolution, or you can wait 1 to 2 weeks and Microsoft should resolve the issue.
Or you can try uninstalling the Subscription Billing app and try again.
PS: Dynamics 365 Business Central: Can we uninstall Microsoft (First-party) extensions and how to install them back?

    Thanks.
