Is there a way to create a report in the report wizard that shows all owners of the accounts, and who is on the sales team?
Sales Team as in Access Team

you have to do a sub report to do this report
Access team don't have a direct relation to the account entity, it is just additional access to the records based on specific business criteria.
I think is not possible to have a report to have a combine view for both.
