AX for Retail 2012 R3 issues Receipt Printing Logo

Hi all,

 i use this tuto to insert logo in Receipt :

but when i print the receipt no logo display.

In POS Print Preview i have this : <L:30>

In profile Hardware for Printer i select Non for Logo. I use OPOS Driver.

    1- If your image is larger than the OPOS printer can handle it will not print your logo

    2- try bitmap images (monochrome)

    3- check if receipt Assigned to a targeted hardware profile

    Hi Ramy,

    My logo is .bmp

    The receipt is Assigned to a targeted Hardware.

    Logo Size 55/37

    But when i print the receipt no logo display.

    Thanks Ramy,

    In AX i choose select default image, and i put the logo in the Printer.

    Finaly the logo Display in receipt.

    Hi Nirvana,

    I have the same issue, using OPOS Drivers,logo is not being displayed in receipt, i tried with different sizes of images but didn't work, i selected the option "Select default image", where did you put the logo? as its OPOS, there is no option to put logo.

    Hope you could help me asap.

    Hi Ansar,

    i put te logo in the Folder  :  C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Dynamics AX\60\Retail POS

    The logo must be .Bmp

    Also if i remember u need to put logo in OPOS Printer

    select the printer in OPOS right button choose Device Property ---- In tab Btmp choose the image

    Hi Nirvana,

    As per the below blog post, i tried these things earlier, but i can print the logo in test print from printer, i copied logo into "Retail POS" folder, I tried logo with different sizes of width and height, i tried with .bmp and .jpeg too, reduced size to even 14kb, I run jobs ,restarted AOS, but still its not being displayed,

    But this procedure was in Ax 2012, but its not for Ax R3, currently we are using Ax 2012 R3,

    For R3 i tried this blog post too, but still
