Setting Up Headquarters client and server to be on startup

I kindly request a guideline on how i can be able to setup Headquarters Client and server to be on start up mode this is to enable remote users to run client client with no errors when maybe their is a blackout and their is no one to run them manually.Thank you

    I create a Scheduled Task for Server to run on Startup and create a link to Client in the All Users Startup folder.
