Since Microsoft Social Engagement is discontinued , What are other options provided by Microsoft to get social insights of Dynamics 365 users ? How can we connect to other platforms if any ?

Hi everyone , came across with a requirement to get social insights of  Accounts and Contacts in Dynamics 365 CRM itself . To fulfil the requirement ,  came across the Microsoft Social Engagement platform which is supported OOB by Dynamics 365 as well . But as per latest Microsoft links , the Social Engagement platform is discontinued for all all dynamics 365 users. Are there any other option as an alternative to this platform through which we can get social insights in CRM ?

    If you are seeking a social engagement solution, please look for other solutions available in Microsoft AppSource or external marketplaces.

    Hi Shaina ,

    Thank you for your response . I have tried using 'Sprout Social for MS Dynamics 365' app from the Microsoft AppSource , but I found that this app will connect to dynamics and we can add/update the CRM data from the app itself .

    However , my requirement is to see the Social Insights of Accounts or Contacts in the CRM UI i.e in dashboard or in forms . But CRM does not provide any OOB functionality to integrate and bring data of above Sprout app into forms or dashboards. Hence using apps from MS Appsource did not solve my issue.

    Please suggest some other source (if any) to see social insights in forms or dashboards of CRM.
