security permissions and access

I would like to know what access/permissions/rights I need to give to allow someone to be able to use this option, just now they can view it but its blank.

Hi,

Please check if user has access to vendor form.

Please go to the security diagnostic on the general tab of main form and find the relevant role and duties or privileges.

Note: security issues are some times hit & trial you have to try it again & again in some cases but the above solution is very simple and straight forward

Hi BB1983,

By searching on the label, I was able to find the dialog form and linked menu item (display TrvWorkerVendorMapping). Note that it is impossible to use the security diagnostics on dialog forms.

There are some standard security objects granting full permission:

Privilege: "Maintain per diem rates used during expense entry" (TrvPerDiemMaintain)

Duty: "Maintain expense management process" (TrvTravelAndExpenseProcessMaintain)

Role: "Expense administrator" (ExpenseAdministrator)

There are some other security object available. These are with read-only permissions and/or linked to data management.
