Hello! Once I post a receiving transaction entry "shipment & invoice" the entry doesn't reflect on the inventory "as stock". the AP, inventory, & sales accounts effected as amounts, but the stock as quantities still zero.

Is this a Sales Inventory item? The sales account does not come into play here. If you are doing a shipment/invoice there will be a credit to AP and a debit to inventory. Make sure the item does exist in inventory and you have set the gl acocunts on the item correctly. Additionally, make sure this item is not being dropped shipped.
