"Object reference not set to an instance of the object" - while creating workflows

I created a workflow type and added it to account receivable module. When I first did it, it was working fine. But suddenly it started throwing this error - object reference when I try to create a new workflow in account receivable workflows for the workflow type I created. It throws the same error even for the existing workflow types too.

Hi,

Have you tried to open in different browser or incognito? or have you tried to clear your cache?

I know these are silly answers however sometime it works, if not, have you checked by installing the add-in for workflow ?

Debugger is the best tool which can help us here. Did you try using it?

If the error started appearing after you added your workflow type then it might be the cause of it. Try to debug please.
