we are currently using the Customer Service Hub and not the Customer Service Workspace.
Now we came across agent scripts and would love to use them on our cases.
Is there any way to use agent scripts in the Customer Service Hub or a custom model driven app, rather than switching to the Customer Service Workspace app?
I already came across the setting to show the productivity tool pane in custom model driven apps, but unfortunately only Teams and CoPilot is shown, but not the agent scripts. Probably because they need a session, what I read in the documentation, which seems to be missing in any other app than Customer Service Workspace or the Omni Channel app.
