I have a few old batch jobs that I have been trying to delete and can't because I get the error in the title. How can I address this error so I can remove the jobs?

Can you confirm the status of the batch job is set to withhold?

The batch is in Withhold status.

Hi Marc,

Change the batch job status to "Cancelling" and try deleting.

You can't go from Withhold to Canceling. You get the error "Job with status Withhold cannot be changed to status Canceling."

I am facing the same issue here; did you figure out how to delete the batch job?

I am receiving the following message

Cannot delete the batch job due to active integration activity, 'XXXXX'. Delete the dependent activity first to proceed.

it appears the batch job is associated with one or more integration jobs, hence the message to delete the dependent activity first. Please verify with someone who is familiar with your integrations processing.
