Hi, Indeed, some updates from Microsoft have made life more inconvenient.
I suggest you submit your ideas in the link below, and Microsoft may add this feature in future versions.
Thanks.

Hi Ghetz. I understand here you have been told that this is not possible via the current Business Central framework without customisation, however quick note, you can create a custom report layout of your invoice template, and make the template 3 pages. Page 1 with Original, Page 2 and 3 as copies in the header, then you can upload/update and your done. This is a hack but it works and I've done this for multiple clients who wanted on print, multiple copies to print consistently. Please note if you do it this way you will always have 3 copies on your print function. Cheers JC
hi
you need a customisation

It's funny how non of you mentioned this functionality has always been available out of the box on previous versions of NAV and BC as well.
Customer table 18 field 40 has always been "Invoice Copies". Now all of a sudden, Microsoft has decided to remove this funcionality without a depreciation statement? This is a very common requirement in some industries. Any idea why was it removed?
It's quite a pain to now implement again the CopyLoop, and GetData/SetData like in the old days. My first hope is that we finally got out of that mess, but no!,. we're back to square 1
Hello Ghtez,
The text as you required on the posted sales invoice on the copies of it, cannot be used from the standard functionality. Either you have to do customization for that on reports or you may can buy extensions available on the marketplace for the same. You need to first search about that.
If my answer helped you, maybe it can help others, please verify it, so other users know it worked or helped you.
Thank you.
In the standard report there is a copy_lbl that you can add to your report layout.
It should be visible for you in the report builder and in the word layout.
But i guess it is most useful if you use it in the report builder layout because there you can set conditions for when it should be visible.
I often use it together with the field no. printed to display the copy label if this is not the first time the document is printed.
This is from the standard sales invoice report.
Hello,
For your request - This is definitely a Customization.
Second -
Whenever you're Customizing or making adjustment in the report, i'd say create a Copy of that Standard Report first and make changes in that Copied report and deploy it. (Not touching the Original Report & it's ID) So that, whenever Microsoft is releasing any new update which may or may not impact specific standard report, Your Modified Report will not get hampered.
Regards
Thank you
Hi,
You need to customize your reports to achieve this.
Hi Ghetz
I am also sure as zhu mention its customization. for this you need to contact your Partner or if you are developer then you need to use Data Item Integer page loop so you can execute your requirement.
Hi, unfortunately, as far as I know this is not a standard feature in BC and requires some customization.
Please contact your partner.
Thanks
