Quick Find doesn't show the right results

Hello,

We have a strange issue with our client, while using quick find, it works for the first search and second. On the third search, it starts to show either the same previous results or incorrect results.

We tried to clear the browser cache, and try a different browser / Private.

Any Idea what could be done?

Hi Ash1990,

You can perform the following steps to check whether the search results are correct:

1.Press the F12 button, open the Network tab, and choose a fetchXml record, then copy the content after “fetchXml=”

2.Open the link and paste in what you copied earlier: URL Decode Online | URLDecoder

3.Repeat the above step three times and observe the difference in the content below each time.

Hello Haig Liu, thanks for the reply. I have tried it on the client environment and it's showing the same content, with no differences.
