Closed Activities

Hi the Closed activities associated  Navigation area below does not appear in the Unified interface even though it is in the form navigation section when you edit the form. Has anyone else experience this or is it just a feature of the new UI that you have to just browns to activities and select the closed activities view?

    Hi gman76,

    In the Unified interface, you can’t see Closed Activity in the nav bar directly.Closed activities view is just a sub-view under the Activties area.

    1.select Activities in left part, expand view lists and select Closed Activities.

    2.if you want to see one record associated closed activities,

    Go anyone record(Contact: Glynn (sample)), click Related tab and select Activities.
