Hello,
I'm trying to install outlook client on a tablet and I'm getting the error :"There is a problem communicating with the Microsoft Dynamics CRM server. The server might be unavailable.The caller was not authenticated by the service".
The tablet has VPN connection configured and users can open CRM 365 online from the browser with no errors.
Any Help?

1. Can you please provide info which version of CRM and Outlook Addin you are using?
2. Can you please provide info which version of office are you using?
3. Can you please check if the secure protocol is TLS 1.2 on your device, if not can you install fiddler and enable TLS 1.2 and see if it works?
