Customizations corrupt

We 'upgraded' to 7.0 FP1 three weeks ago.  I am having problems on multiple screens where if I set my customization level to All Users and then open a screen to customize, the screen shows only the 'self' level.  The bottom of the main Solomon screen says that the customization level is All user. 

 The only way around this I've found is to delete the customizations for the screen from customvba and redo the customization.  This is a huge pain.

 Anyone else encounter this problem?

    I have not seen what you describe.  However, we did have some issues with Customizations and this fixed it.  I just wanted to make sure you were aware of it. It does replace the Swimapi.dll

    Lookup details for "Bug 18050" or "BUG18215SY"

    I couldn't get it, my VAR had to.

    We had to install a newer bug fix (Bug ID 19280 and Hot Fix request 2261) because we were getting grid control errors in every solomon screen that had a grid (which is most of them).  Swimapi version 7.3.30610.1

    This might not be necessary for you if your users don't use their mouse on screen much.  We do a ton of copying and pasting... so it was a HUGE issue.

     Customizations are still buggy, but at least now we have fewer crashes.
