Hi,
We have an entity that we would like to see the KB records, as we can see on other entities. I notice that on the entity in the customization area there is an option to turn on Knowledge Management, although it is greyed out.
Is there a way of enabling this on the form without completely rebuilding the entity?

I have the same question (0)This is a bit late reply. But you can enable that here.
open Settings > Service Management > Embedded Knowledge Search, check the box for your entity in Record Types list and save the changes.
