Import Customer Service Calendars

Hi,

I am a beginner, so this question may appear stupid to a lot :), sorry for that.

I have two instances of Dynamics CRM, and i want to move the Service Calendar from one instance to another, how that can be done.

I tried exporting and importing solution, with the Calendar checkbox checked, but it only moved the SLA, but the Business hours field was empty. (SInce SLA is part of solution, whereas the calendar is not).

I tried the Data Migration Utility on the Default Solution but that also didn't work.

Any pointers will be appreciated.

Hi Rajkumar,

I have set these values already, now I want to migrate them from one Dynamics CRM Instance to another one, say from Development to Production. How can i migrate this data.

The link you have referred gives idea about what they are and how to set them up, but didn't answer my question about migrating the values from once Instance to another.

Hi Salman,

You cannot move the Holiday Calendar or Business Hour using the solution.

For the Holiday Calendar also cannot use the import wizard.

I think you can try using the SSIS + Kingswaysoft
