CRM Error Reference #86FDFA95

Hi,

When a user attempts to update a record, he receives an error.  Here's what's in the log file:

Unhandled Exception: System.ServiceModel.FaultException`1[[Microsoft.Xrm.Sdk.OrganizationServiceFault, Microsoft.Xrm.Sdk, Version=5.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=31bf3856ad364e35]]: System.NullReferenceException: Microsoft Dynamics CRM has experienced an error. Reference number for administrators or support: #86FDFA95Detail:

    Hello,

    Unfortunately, it's not possible to give the exact answer to what's wrong because the log doesn't have any additional pointers except "System.NullReferenceException". Do you have any plugins or real-time workflows that handle the update message of your entity?

    The error went away when the user ran CRM in IE Mode and signed in to Edge.  Thanks!
