Failure importing MS Dynamics CRM Solution to an Office 365 Online instance

I have 3 solutions from different dates. all were exported from on premises CRM 2011. All three failed to import to my office 365 online CRM instance. The first solution was successfully imported in the past (I'm not certain into what, but never into the current version of crm online). I would like to get my solution imported properly into MS Dynamic CRM Online.

What error do you see in UI and/or log file when importing fails ?
