How can we disable the possibility to type a message in the chat widget

Hi,

We added a chatbot to Customer Service Workspace for chat. However, the bot is a button structured bot, so there is no need of typing a message. 

Can we disable the possibility to chat a message to the chatbot in the chat widget, so the customer can only click on buttons to continue?

Is there another way then build up a completely customized chatwidget?

    Microsoft provides an option to create a custom live chat widget, We recommend that you develop your own chat widget using the Omnichannel Live Chat Widget UI Components library and Omnichannel Chat SDK, as described in this article.
