how can i pull a Customer list by state in BC365
The easiest way is to go to customer list then filter by state. Or open entire list in Excel then filter. Or try Customer Listing report

I think you can try to use Query object to customize, it should not be very difficult.

You can add State,County, ZipCode to the list page by Personizing the Customer list page and get it into excel
