Hi
For MS dynamics 365 finance & operation On-Prem
I'm making a security role which has a privilege and add the menu item "PurchReqWorkflowDropDialog" and set (read, update, create and delete ) to grant but still can't see workflow submit for the user which having the role.

Does an user with system administrator role see the workflow submit button? If not, ensure a workflow for the purchase requisitions has been setup and activated.
When this is OK, you have to check if the menu item PurchReqSubmitToWorkflow is part of a privilege for your security role. This menu item controls if the user can submit to workflow or not.
