I have sales order for item A, the default order type is production, with requested ship date of 23/07, and confirmed ship date of 28/07, and transport days of 1 day . The item A has a pegged supply also a make item. The coverage group is the same. I use operations scheduling, and a production calendar of 4 day and 8 hrs. When I run plannjng optimisation for Item A, the child order delivery date is 27/07 and parent order delivery date is 28/07. The child order date is on Monday and parent is on Tuesday
The coverage groups are same. The default order settings are same. How do I ensure they have the same delivery date when mrp runs?
The child order is also manufactured.
The child order route queue times is 0, process ing time is 1hr and parent process time is 1.5 hrs
The child order production time is 0
The safety margins is 0 both issue and receipt
The default order settings lead time is also 0
Any help would be appreciated!
