Mapping Created by and Owner fields during migration using KingswaySoft

When mapping Created by and Owner fields during a migration using KingswaySoft, i keep getting the following error.

Error: Failed to set field 'ownerid' value to 'Person A' for entity 'Custom_Entity' (field type: Owner, value type: String). System.Exception: Duplicate entries found when populating lookup cache for text field 'fullname' of 'systemuser' entity. Duplicate text value: 'Person B' (SSIS Integration Toolkit for Microsoft Dynamics 365, v9.1.0.6620 - DtsDebugHost, v11.0.6020.0)

I'm mapping the OwnerIdName field in CRM 2011 On Premise to the OwnerId field in D365 Online using the text lookup (see below) this worked when transferring cases but fails when i transfer the custom entity records.

Funny  you say that Alex, I was just checking this and I do indeed have a duplicate user, which is strange as it's online.

What's also strange is that I have limited the scope of the records to 4 users in the FetchXML which didn't include this user, so would not expect it to have checked all the users in the target system.

Anyway I have just unticked the option (see below) for now and it has brought in the records for the 4 users I want without any errors for now.

Do you actually have duplicate full names (for the user entity)in the destination? Check active and inactive users..
