After entering in data for a service call, without parts, after entering in the "completed date", I get the error message: YOU MAY NOT COMPLETE A BACKORDERED OR INTRANSIT DOCUMENT. I have many service calls with this error report. These are for LABOR only service calls. Any help would be appreciated.
