I can see a workflow button and wonder whether it is used to do the confirmation?!

1. Creating a PO
2. Submitting the workflow - It has been approved
3. Clicked on the confirm - I should click 2, 3 times to get PO confirm.

Is there probably an update issue in your form?
That is after the workflow is completed, has the form been updated/refreshed?
Have you tried testing the process with different users?
After completing the workflow, Form never been updated/Refreshed.
We have tested with different users, we are able to reproduce the same issue for every user.
In test environment we don't have any issue
In staging we have issue.
