We send out 85% of our invoices via email today, can GP's AR module do this?
And, does it have to go through MS Exchange or can we send them out via any ISP's email service?
Thanks.

Hi Jack,
Please feel free to take a look at Liaison Messenger EDD. Messenger EDD automates business form and report distribution and uses your existing reports. All your end user does is print through Dynamic GP's normal print procedure, selecting either a single invoice or a batch, and print with the Messenger EDD print driver. Messenger will then distribute the form based on rules you set up at initial configuration.
For example, through the single print selection:
- Distribute the Invoices to the customer's preference (print fax or email)
- Archive a copy to desired folder
- Print a hard copy to attach to other paperwork
- Attach a static attachment like terms and conditions
Set up similar rules for Sales Orders, PO's, Statements, EFT remittances or even shipping documents like Packing Slips, Picking Tickets, Bills of Lading and International docs.

Thank you, everyone, for your responses, I think my question was answered by multiple parties.
Have a good day!
Hi Jack,
As said by Frank, you can handle the emailing from GP, However, another option to look at for intelligent document automation from GP is Spindle Professional.
It is sold by almost all of the GP resellers in the UK and along with delivering the docs by email/fax etc - it can also auto-archive and index GP docs to SharePoint, CRM and use dynamic form designs too.
Give me a shout if you'd like a demo - its really easy to set up and is a relatively low cost option.
Thanks,
Tom
Jack, GP 2010 definitely handles this. Your Outlook client is utilized to email documents and can be used with any ISP. However, if you're talking high volumes, definitely take Richard's suggestion and also have a look at Liaison's Messenger product.
You will find the most flexibilty when it comes to emailing invoices by using the eMail Manager product from Binary Stream.
